FirmMetrics is intended for use by law firms and legal professionals for the purpose of performance analytics, compensation modeling, and firm management. You may use the Service only for lawful purposes consistent with this intended use.

3. Prohibited Activities

You may not use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable law, regulation, or professional ethical obligation
• Upload, transmit, or store malicious code, viruses, or harmful data
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts, systems, or data
• Circumvent or disable any security or access control features
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
• Scrape, crawl, or use automated means to access the Service without permission
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute access to the Service
• Upload data that you do not have the right to use or disclose
• Impersonate another person or entity

4. Data Accuracy

You are responsible for the accuracy of data you enter into FirmMetrics. The platform provides analytics based on the data you supply. We do not verify the accuracy of financial data, time entries, or other information you input.

5. Account Security

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Promptly notifying us of any unauthorized use of your account
• Ensuring that invited users within your firm comply with this policy

6. Rate Limits

The Service enforces rate limits on API requests to ensure fair usage and platform stability. Automated scripts or integrations must respect these limits. Excessive requests may be throttled or blocked.

7. Seat Limits

Your subscription plan includes a defined number of user seats. You may not exceed the seat limit of your current plan. Additional seats may be added by upgrading your subscription.

8. Enforcement

We reserve the right to investigate violations of this AUP and take appropriate action, including:

• Issuing a warning
• Temporarily suspending access
• Permanently terminating the account
• Reporting violations to law enforcement if warranted

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this AUP from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via the Service or email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
